Software Tester (Hardware Systems)
Responsibilities
Execute functional, system, integration, and regression testing for software running on hardware products.
Develop and execute test cases, document defects, and track issues using Jira.
Validate software, firmware, and system functionality on hardware devices.
Work closely with Software, Firmware, and Hardware Engineers to resolve issues.
Prepare test reports and support release validation.
Improve testing efficiency through automation and AI tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of Software Testing / QA experience.
Experience testing software on hardware or embedded systems is preferred.
Hands on experience with Jira and common testing tools (e.g. Postman, Selenium, TestRail).
Knowledge of STLC, Agile, and Windows/Linux environments is an advantage.
