HI Immediate hiring for Software Application Manager
Support global and regional HR system rollouts, deployments, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
Collaborate with business users (e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance) to understand their needs and assist in implementing effective technology solutions.
Partner with team members to ensure alignment, continuity, and effective knowledge sharing.
Configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll‑related configurations, PMGM, Time Management / Time Off, LMS, Recruitment and Onboarding, SmartRecruiters, etc.), including setting up public holiday calendars, work schedules, substitutions, absences, validation rules, workflows, and role‑based permissions for various employee categories and locations.
Resolve issues related to system upgrades, releases, fixes, and continuous improvements, coordinating vendors where necessary.
Assist in analysing and supporting integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g. Time Management systems, SAP S/4HANA / ECP, SAP Concur, BPOS (for the integration between SuccessFactors and Microsoft Active Directory), and other third‑party platforms), including defining workflows, value mappings, exception handling, and integration artifacts.
Provide end‑user support to ensure system adoption, usability, and smooth daily operations.
Ensure HR applications comply with business controls, security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations through disciplined configuration, access governance, and documentation.
Create and maintain comprehensive and audit‑ready documentation, including configuration references, interface descriptions, SOPs, and project artefacts.
Evaluate business needs while considering system interdependencies, risks, and downstream impacts to propose practical and feasible solutions.
Work with different teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, internal IT) to diagnose issues, implement changes, and manage dependencies across systems.
Support team alignment by sharing knowledge, maintaining documentation, and encouraging adherence to HRIS best practices.
Monitor HR system integrations and interfaces, identify failures or data inconsistencies, and coordinate resolution with vendors or internal teams to ensure data accuracy and operational continuity. This includes integrations supporting HR, Finance, and safety‑related business processes.
Assist in planning, managing, and supporting enhancement initiatives and small projects, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and timely issue resolution.
Test system areas during implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes, including participation in SIT and UAT activities.
Coordinate internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors (e.g. AMS teams) to ensure effective delivery, issue resolution, and follow‑up.
Assist in defining project scope, requirements, and objectives with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs. Support the development of project plans and progress tracking where required.
