Manage and oversee enterprise applications including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, Microsoft Power Platform, and other business systems.

Lead application lifecycle management — implementation, upgrades, integrations, and support.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align applications with business needs.

Ensure system security, compliance, and governance across platforms.

Drive automation, reporting, and analytics initiatives using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Manage vendor relationships, AMS partners, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery.

Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.

Provide leadership in project planning, requirement gathering, SIT/UAT, and deployment.

Support global rollouts, multi‑country implementations, and stabilization activities.
6–8 years of experience in enterprise application management.

Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time, etc.).

Hands‑on experience with SAP Concur (Travel & Expense).

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

Experience in integration projects (SAP CPI, APIs, middleware).

Solid background in project management, requirement analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
