2) Lead key technology selection and core framework construction; take ownership of system scalability, high-concurrency performance, security, and high availability; produce architecture design documents and technical decision records.
3) Participate in early-stage requirement reviews of major projects; provide architecture assessment from technical feasibility and cost perspectives; assist project teams in resolving technical blockers during solution design, system configuration, and go-live.
4) Establish and promote development standards (coding standards, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring and alerting); guide the development team in implementing microservices and cloud-native architecture.
5) Keep tracking retail industry technology trends (omni-channel middle platform, data middle platform, intelligent replenishment, etc.); propose architecture upgrade recommendations aligned with business growth; lead technical debt cleanup and system refactoring.
6) Collaborate closely with product, implementation, and operations teams to ensure architecture solutions match business needs and delivery pace, providing technical assurance throughout implementation.
