Software Business Analyst
Salary: $3,300 – $4,500 per month
As a fast-growing IT solution company, we are looking for a Software Business Analyst to join our team. You will act as the vital bridge between our clients and the technical team, ensuring that we don't just deliver a project on time but also build the right solution that addresses the client's core business needs.
Key responsibilities
Work closely with clients to understand, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents
Analyze existing business processes and recommend practical software solutions to improve efficiency
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure requirements are technically feasible and clearly understood
Prepare process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications where necessary
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verify developed features, and ensure all requirements are fulfilled before deployment
Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve defects
Work closely with QA and support teams during project deployment.
Facilitate project meetings and effectively communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders
Prepare project-related documentation including meeting minutes, requirement specifications, UAT reports, user guides, and release documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional consultation and timely support throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline
At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Software Project Coordinator, or similar role
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications
Familiarity with web applications, databases, APIs, or software development concepts will be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
