Summary
Develops and maintains AI-driven software systems, including scalable ML/LLM models, for government operations at Fort Meade, MD, requiring TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements
Requirements
Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
- Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in Software Engineering with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or appropriate field from an accredited college or university; or zero (0) years of experience with a qualifying Master's or PhD degree. Three (3) years of Software Engineering experience with a high school diploma or GED would also be acceptable.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Able to work in a collaborative environment as a team player.
- Familiarity with commercial and open-source AI/ML frameworks and platforms
- Experience designing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs)
- Ability to analyze data structures and data objects
