Software Delivery Lead
Summary
Lead a team to design, build, and ship secure, scalable enterprise apps using Java/C#/TypeScript and modern web frameworks, while mentoring engineers and owning CI/CD pipelines.
We are seeking a Software Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions within an Agile environment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee software quality, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software development teams and drive delivery of assigned projects and workstreams.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Conduct technical design reviews and provide guidance on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.
- Mentor engineers and promote continuous improvement across the team.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of software development experience and 3 years of technical leadership experience.
- Strong proficiency in technologies such as Java, C#, TypeScript, Angular, React, or similar.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle), Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
