Software Delivery Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Software Delivery Project Manager to join Sush Labs in a full-time capacity. This is a strategic position that sits at the heart of our software delivery operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and stakeholders, driving successful project outcomes whilst maintaining team morale and engagement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of software development projects from initiation through to delivery and closure

  2. Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams

  3. Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies

  4. Managing project communications with all stakeholders, providing regular status updates and escalating issues as required

  5. Leading cross-functional teams, facilitating meetings, and fostering collaboration between developers, quality assurance, and other departments

  6. Implementing and maintaining project management processes and methodologies, whether agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches

  7. Tracking and managing project dependencies, resource allocation, and stakeholder expectations

  8. Conducting post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement

  9. Supporting the adoption of project management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and visibility


What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in software project management or related delivery roles

  2. Proven experience delivering projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional project management approaches

  3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with technical concepts and architecture

  4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels

  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail

  6. Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar platforms)

  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  8. Experience in the technology or software services sector is highly desirable
