Job Overview/Summary:
- Develop high-quality database Solutions
- Development and fine tuning on Stored Procedures, functions, T-SQL
- Implementation of stand-alone components in applications for achieving business requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Development of Backend functions / stored procedures / data scripts for SonicWALL Product integration interfaces using T-SQL allowing globally deployed SonicWALL devices to make status checks on a central database.
- Development of windows/Linux admin scripts to support application deployment related tasks if needed.
- Creation of documentation intended for the user community of the application explaining the features and functions of the application
- Creation of technical documentation that describes functional behavior of the application or subcomponents
- Final compilation of development code from the web applications team.
- Support for Operations during deployments
- Work with Quality Assurance to reproduce, analyze and resolve development and production issues.
- Generate automated testing scripts for SonicWALL applications using a Test Suite/tools.
Education, Experience & Other Requirements:
- Four-year college degree in Engineering or Masters in a related field.
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in web applications and an aptitude for programming.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
- Programming Language: T-SQL (strong experience)
- DBMS: Microsoft SQL Server 2019+, MongoDB
- IDE: Azure Data Studio / SQL Server Management Studio
Desired/ Nice to Have Skill Sets:
- Languages: C#
- AI Tools: Claude Code,
- Unit Test Framework: tSQLt Unit Test framework
- Internet Related : JavaScript, HTML5.0, XML, XSL, JSON, HTTP, HTTPS
- Cloud: AWS, Azure
- Source Control - Git, Perforce
- IDE Tools: Visual Studio 2016+, Visual Code
