We are hiring an Entry Level Software Developer (AI & Automation) to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of automation tools and AI powered software solutions. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong foundations in programming, machine learning, and modern software engineering practices. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Python based applications, automation scripts, and backend components. • Assist in building machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit Learn. • Support web development, and web hosting projects. • Contribute to secure software development, API integration, and system optimisation. • Collaborate with marketing team to market the software products developed by the company. • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong programming skills in Python and at least one of: Java, C++, SQL. • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks. • Experience is not essential but any exposure to scripting (Bash), Linux environments, and basic networking concepts will be advantageous. • Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Desirable Skills • Familiarity with automation tools, cloud platforms, NLP, computer vision, or deep learning. • Knowledge of secure coding practices and API development. • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment. • Drive to learn and become the team leader.
