Software Developer (AI & BI Team)

Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirement study, system design, development, testing, and maintenance.

• Work with users, product owners, and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# / ASP.NET Core Web API.

• Design, write, and optimize database queries, stored procedures, views, and functions using Microsoft SQL Server.

• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving system issues reported by users or the support team.

• Conduct software testing to ensure system reliability, performance, and quality.

• Support research and implementation of AI-related features, such as integrating with AI platforms or APIs where applicable.

• Use modern development tools and AI-assisted tools, where appropriate, to improve development productivity and software quality.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field with CGPA 3.5 and above.

• Hands-on frontend development experience using React.js.

• Hands-on backend development experience using C# / ASP.NET Core Web API.

• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, views, or functions.

• Familiar with Git version control.

• Able to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver practical solutions.

• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Added Advantages

• At least 2 years of working experience in software development.

• Experience with Node.js backend development.

• Experience integrating with AI platforms or APIs such as OpenAI API or other LLM providers.

• Knowledge or hands-on experience using AI tools and technologies to support code development and software engineering, such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools.

• Experience with dashboard, reporting, ERP, or accounting systems.

• Experience with DevExtreme, Recharts, shadcn/ui, or other reporting / UI component libraries.
