Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Developer: AI Driven to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be involved in building, maintaining, and optimizing websites and web applications. Experience with leading and working with front-end and back-end technologies, UAT and deployment processes. This is a great opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle and deepen your technical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards and best practices.

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions.

• Design and integrate AI-powered features, automation workflows, and third-party APIs to enhance application functionality.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Maintain existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide enhancements and bug fixes.

• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality.

• Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions and improvements.

• Work effectively in cross-functional and agile teams to deliver projects on time.

• Monitor, optimize, and improve application performance, security, and reliability.

• Stay updated with emerging web and AI technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.

• Lead and mentor junior developers, supporting their technical growth and development.

• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting project deadlines.

• Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies, tools, and AI solutions to improve productivity and business outcomes.
  

Job Requirement

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software or web application development.

• Strong hands-on experience with web development technologies such as PHP/Laravel, .NET/C#, Node.js, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and MySQL.

• Proficiency in database design and optimization using SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), or AI-assisted development tools is an advantage.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is an advantage.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment processes is a plus.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices is an advantage.
