Software Developer Associate
Summary
Develop and maintain software applications for a hospital, writing clean code, debugging issues, and collaborating with the IT team to deliver features on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on defined requirements and specifications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure system reliability and performance
Execute unit tests and support quality assurance activities to verify functionality and correctness
Collaborate with IT head to deliver assigned features and tasks on schedule
Maintain and enhance existing systems by implementing updates, fixes, and minor improvements.
Participate in code reviews, incorporating feedback to improve code quality and technical skills
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system updates and development notes
Continuously learn and apply new tools, technologies, and frameworks relevant to ongoing projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field
At least 1 year experience in software or application development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, PHP, Python, or similar
Familiarity with web development, APIs, and databases is an advantage
Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of version control tools (e.g.,Git) is a plus
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Good problem solving and analytical thinking
