Software Developer

As a member of B. Braun New Ventures' cloud platform team, you help build scalable, cloud-native platform services powering secure IoT connections and modern web applications for healthcare. You work with a global, cross-functional squad to drive the next generation of digital products and connected devices. You contribute to code quality, documentation, and continuous improvement, while mentoring junior developers. • Develop and maintain platform services enabling secure IoT connections and scalable web apps
• Collaborate with software developers, architects, system engineers, UX engineers, QA, and product owners in an agile environment
• Apply microservices and cloud-native patterns to deliver new products
• Contribute to code and documentation reviews, release notes, and process improvements
• Mentor and support junior developers to foster their growth

• Several years of industry experience as a programmer
• Strong cloud-based application design and development experience, especially with Microsoft Azure
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture principles and best practices
• Proficiency in at least two backend languages (e.g., C#, Java, Go, Rust, Python)
• Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools
• Hands-on experience with Agile development processes (SCRUM)
• Healthcare industry experience is desirable
