As a member of B. Braun New Ventures' cloud platform team, you help build scalable, cloud-native platform services powering secure IoT connections and modern web applications for healthcare. You work with a global, cross-functional squad to drive the next generation of digital products and connected devices. You contribute to code quality, documentation, and continuous improvement, while mentoring junior developers. This role places you at the heart of healthcare innovation, shaping solutions that augment caregivers' capabilities.

- Mentor and support junior developers to foster their growth
- Several years of industry experience as a programmer
- Strong cloud-based application design and development experience, especially with Microsoft Azure
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture principles and best practices
- Proficiency in at least two backend languages (e.g., C#, Java, Go, Rust, Python)
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools
- Hands-on experience with Agile development processes (SCRUM)
- Healthcare industry experience is desirable
