Software Developer - Back Office

We're looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our Development team and help build, maintain, and enhance the systems behind our transaction processing and payment operations.

This isn't just about writing code. You'll work on technology that supports real-world financial transactions, collaborate closely with Product and Development teams, solve complex problems, and help shape solutions that are reliable, efficient, and built to scale.

What You'll Do

As part of our Development team, you'll:

• Build and implement new features defined by our Product Team

• Develop, maintain, and support back-office transaction and payment processing systems

• Design efficient technical solutions for new and expanding product capabilities

• Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve application functionality problems

• Identify opportunities to improve product design and functionality

• Write and execute automated tests to support quality and reliability

• Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Scrum Masters in an Agile environment

• Help identify technical bottlenecks and challenges before new features go live

• Contribute to a fast-paced team where problem-solving and continuous improvement matter

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings strong technical experience along with an understanding of how financial transactions work.

Required experience includes:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 5+ years of professional coding experience

• 5+ years of C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core experience

• 5+ years developing and supporting production .NET applications

• 5+ years working with SQL Server or other relational databases

• 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce

• Hands-on experience building or supporting financial transaction processing systems and payment workflows

• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes

Even Better If You Have

Experience with:

• Git version control

• WinForms applications

• SQL Server

• Agile/Scrum development environments

• Automated testing and application troubleshooting
