Software Developer

BionIT Labs in Soleto, Puglia, Italy, is seeking a Software Developer who cares about code quality and software architecture. You will work across native mobile development (iOS and Android) and backend logic, helping shape the product lifecycle.

Collaboration across cross-functional teams is essential. The role offers apprenticeship, fixed-term, or permanent contracts with a gross annual salary of €25,000–€35,000 and opportunities to grow within a cutting-edge MedTech company.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and architectures. Develop, optimize, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android. Design and implement scalable backend APIs and logic with Node.js. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability. Degree in Computer Engineering or related field. At least 2 years of native iOS and Android development experience. Strong knowledge of Node.js and REST API design. Experience with Git and PR/code review workflows. Good written and spoken English. Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Proactive, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
