Software Developer C# .Net - Quant Trading

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:
  • An outstanding academic record with at least a 2.1 in Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar STEM discipline from a top-tier university
  • Strong A-level grades
  • Advanced C# .NET programming skills
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases
  • A strong interest in working in a finance or trading environment, ideally with commercial experience or relevant personal projects
  • A thorough understanding of computer science fundamentals, including OOP, data structures, design patterns and algorithms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with good business acumen
  • Ability to take ownership and lead projects
  • Collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills and willingness to share ideas
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance applications, APIs and services
  • Support cross-asset trading, analytics and risk management workflows
  • Build platforms that bring complex trading and risk models into production
  • Work with quantitative researchers and financial specialists
  • Solve challenging technical problems involving scalability, performance, data processing and system design
  • Use modern C# and SQL technologies to deliver solutions
