Summary
Designs and builds backend services for a Loyalty & CRM platform in Turkey, helping migrate legacy systems to a cloud-native microservices architecture. Day to day is mostly Java/Spring Boot backend work — APIs, integrations, distributed systems, CI/CD — with occasional frontend (React) support.
Build scalable systems and shape the technical evolution of our Loyalty & CRM platform.
We are looking for a Software Developer who plays a key role in designing, building, and evolving our Loyalty and CRM solutions, working closely with product and business teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software.
You will be part of an ongoing transformation from legacy systems to a modern, cloud-native microservices architecture.
This position:
- Works closely with product managers, analysts and business stakeholders
- Focuses primarily on backend development, while being able to support frontend implementations when needed
- Impacts system design, code quality, and platform scalability
- Contributes to technical decisions and continuous evolution of the platform
- Acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services for our Loyalty & CRM platform
- Contribute to technical design decisions and translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using modern engineering practices
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle: design → development → testing → deployment → monitoring
- Collaborate closely with analysts and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements
- Work with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems across multiple services
- Support and extend existing frontend applications by modifying and integrating existing components when needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to improve delivery speed and reliability
- Work on a scalable, multi-tenant Loyalty & CRM platform with complex business rules and ongoing microservices transformation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands‑on software development experience
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot (Spring Cloud is a plus)
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling (Oracle is a plus)
- Experience with APIs and system integrations
- Basic to intermediate experience with frontend technologies (React preferred)
- Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka) and caching systems (Redis) is a plus
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Hands‑on experience or exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ownership mindset, and attention to quality
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
- Proficiency in English
