Software Developer - CRM - Senior

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer specializing in CRM (Siebel) to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise-level CRM solutions. The role involves hands-on development, system integration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams within a structured software development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Maintenance

• Translate technical system specifications into fully functional and tested CRM applications
  
• Develop detailed technical and programming specifications
  
• Write, test, debug, and maintain application code
  
• Conduct unit testing and support system testing activities
  
• Maintain and enhance existing CRM applications
  

Production Support & Troubleshooting

• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in CRM applications
  
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve production incidents
  
• Review and modify installation scripts, encoding, testing, and debugging
  

Design & Integration

• Participate in application design, development, and implementation activities
  
• Develop integration solutions across CRM, middleware, and external systems
  
• Conduct design walkthroughs with technical and business teams
  
• Support UI integration (embedding external applications into Siebel and vice versa)
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders and SMEs
  
• Collaborate with IT professionals across the SDLC
  
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to technical and non-technical teams
  

Documentation & Standards

• Prepare technical documentation, system documentation, and user guides
  
• Follow structured methodologies and organizational development standards
  
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (AODA)
  

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience Requirements

1. Siebel Development

• 10+ years Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration
  
• 5+ years experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, or similar platforms
  
• 5+ years experience with Siebel EIM/EAI
  
• 3+ years experience with Siebel IP18+ configuration and development
  
• Strong knowledge of:
  
• Assignment Manager
  
• Business Rules
  
• Workflows
  
• Applets, Views, Screens
  
• Siebel Business Layer Objects (scripts, code)
  
• Experience with Siebel Tools and Web Templates
  
• Knowledge of Siebel Open UI (architecture, PM/PR layers, OOTB structure)
  
• Experience with UI integration (embedding external apps, exposing Siebel externally)
  
• Siebel 8.x or above certification required
  

2. Reporting & Front-End Development

• Experience with OBIEE and Power BI reporting tools
