What you'll be working with: • Camunda 7\/8 & IBM BPM \/ BAW • Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs & Microservices • BPMN\/DMN workflow modelling & orchestration • Kafka \/ Confluent event-driven integrations • CI\/CD pipelines & Azure DevOps • AI-enabled workflow optimisation & automation What we're looking for: • 5+ years software development experience • Strong workflow automation & process orchestration capability • Experience deploying and monitoring BPM solutions • Event-driven architecture integration experience • Banking industry exposure advantageous • Passion for scalable, enterprise-grade solutions If you thrive in complex enterprise environments and enjoy building intelligent workflow solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
