Job Description
Employee Recognition and Rewards development role. The developer will design, develop, and maintain software applications following industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and fix bugs to optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3-5 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
- Familiarity with web development frameworks like Angular or React
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Predominantly WFH
- May need to be onsite when required and during client/CEO visits
