We are looking for experienced Software Developers with a background in developing, maintaining, and enhancing e-commerce platforms and digital commerce solutions.
The ideal candidates should have hands-on software development experience within e-commerce companies, online marketplaces, or digital commerce businesses, with a good understanding of online shopping functionalities, system integrations, and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance e-commerce websites, applications, and digital platforms.
- Design and implement new features to improve platform functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Work on front-end, back-end, or full-stack development based on technical expertise.
- Develop and integrate APIs, payment gateways, inventory systems, order management systems, and third-party services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve bugs, and optimize application performance.
- Support the development and improvement of product catalogs, shopping carts, checkout processes, and customer account functionalities.
- Participate in testing, deployment, code reviews, and ongoing platform improvements.
- Ensure applications follow software development, security, and performance best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant software development experience within an e-commerce company, online marketplace, or digital commerce platform.
- Hands-on experience developing or maintaining e-commerce websites, applications, or related systems.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development technologies.
- Experience with APIs, databases, third-party integrations, and web application development.
- Good understanding of e-commerce functionalities, including payments, product catalogs, shopping carts, checkout, and order management.
- Experience with any e-commerce platform, whether custom-built or commercially available.
