• Software Product Development: Apply agile values and principles to design, build, and scale user-centric full-stack applications (leveraging frameworks like Java Spring and ReactJS).
• Technical Architecture & Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and DevSecOps engineers to define technical requirements, scope tasks, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with more than 2 years of relevant working experience may be considered for a Senior Software Developer position.

Relevant Experience & Mindset

• Full-Stack Proficiency: Experience in full-stack development, with solid proficiency in modern frameworks such as Java Spring and ReactJS.
• Engineering Fundamentals: Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Agile & Modern Delivery: Familiarity with agile methodologies, API design (e.g., REST), code versioning (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across diverse stakeholders.
• Growth Mindset: Passionate, self-motivated, and eager to adopt new technologies, architectural patterns, and AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly.

It Would Be a Bonus If You Have

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerisation and microservices architecture (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and secure coding practices.
• Experience with Agentic AI Software Development.
