Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our technology team and contribute to building scalable digital solutions that support climate resilience and environmental impact initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in backend and frontend development using either Python, PHP, or React.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Python, PHP, or React.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
  

• Build and integrate APIs for internal systems and third-party tools.
  

• Optimize application performance and ensure security, scalability, and maintainability.
  

• Assist in designing databases and managing data flow across different systems.
  

• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
  

• Support deployment processes and assist in testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  

• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, PHP, Node.js, React.
  

• Experience with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and cloud deployment (AWS or similar).
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
