Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will work within an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, and Cloud Architects.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and debug full stack applications
  
• Build scalable, high-performance cloud-native web applications
  
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end interfaces
  
• Ensure responsive and accessible UI implementation (WCAG/AODA compliance)
  
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases
  

Architecture & Design

• Design and implement solution architecture
  
• Create UML models and technical design documentation
  
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  
• Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and performance
  

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos)
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
  
• Contribute to development estimates and technical decisions
  

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Support unit testing, automation testing, and regression testing
  
• Participate in QA activities including performance, security, and accessibility testing
  
• Assist in defect management and resolution
  

DevOps & Deployment

• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance
  
• Work with Git-based source control and branching strategies
  
• Assist in deployment and release management
  

Support & Maintenance

• Provide production support (troubleshooting, bug fixes, enhancements)
  
• Develop operational and release documentation
  
• Support knowledge transfer and post-implementation activities
