Key Responsibilities

Key Skills for Software Developer


· Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions.

· Utilize modern development frameworks and technologies to build high-quality applications.

· Write clean, well-designed, and testable code following agile methodologies.

· Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.

· Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.

· Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials.

· Align software development efforts with strategic business objectives.

· Identify emerging technologies and industry best practices.

· Monitor software performance metrics and system health.

· Collaborate with IT operations teams for seamless deployment.

· Proactively identify and address issues to optimize performance.

· Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

· Drive continuous enhancement of software capabilities.

· Develop long-term technology roadmaps and strategic plans.

· Streamline software delivery processes and improve operational efficiency.

· Ensure adherence to all Company’s standards/policies and regulatory provisions.



Requirements

Qualification and Experience


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with expertise in programming languages such as .NET framework, Java, Python, or VBA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or React.

Experience within the Pension Industry is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions to complex technical challenges.

Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.

In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of the IT Management within the pension industry.
