Salary: ₱27,000 – ₱40,000 per month

Software Developer (2–5 Years Experience)

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain web and software applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.

• Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in software development

• Hands-on experience in any of the following:

  • Java Development and API Integration

  • Oracle Database Development

  • PL/SQL Programming

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

• Experience with Java frameworks and libraries such as:

  • Spring Framework / Spring Boot

  • Hibernate

  • XWork/WebWork

  • Velocity

• Experience in report development using:

  • JasperReports

  • Jaspersoft Studio

  • iReport

• Exposure to low-code platforms such as:

  • Oracle APEX

  • Joget

  • Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, CI/CD, and enterprise application development
