What you'll be doing
Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications using the latest technologies and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions
Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
Continuously research and implement new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to improve development processes and enhance product quality
Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues to ensure seamless system performance
Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, code repositories, and release management processes
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong background in .NET 7/8/9, ASP.NET, C#, ASP, SQL, and VB/VBScript.
Good understanding of software design principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms, with the ability to apply them in real-world development.
Hands-on experience in web application development using frameworks and technologies such as Bootstrap, Angular, React, or experience in mobile application development.
Familiar with Git-based version control, code review practices, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose application, database, and integration issues.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers, infrastructure teams, project teams, and other stakeholders.
Experience using AI-assisted/agentic development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor, to support coding, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and development productivity.
Ability to understand and remediate security vulnerabilities identified in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) reports, including analyzing findings, identifying the affected application code or configuration, implementing appropriate fixes, and supporting remediation verification/retesting.
