Internship Responsibilities
- Participate in the development, testing, and maintenance of software testing solutions.
- Automate testing for new functionalities as well as implementing quick sanity tests.
- Collaborate to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, along with comprehensive tests to ensure reliability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Help troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the system.
- Support in deploying software updates and maintaining system performance.
- The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
- Comfortability designing and implementing database structures to solve real-world problems effectively #LI-DNI #IG-DNI
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or other modern programming languages.
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of cloud architecture and data structures.
- Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortability designing and implementing database structures to solve real-world problems effectively
