Detailed Job Description :

The Full Stack Developer role exists to support Temasek’s ongoing application development, enhancements, and production stability. The job focuses on maintaining and improving Agile‑based applications, delivering new features, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day system operations. The developer works as an individual contributor but collaborates across onsite and offshore teams to meet sprint goals and client expectations.

The role also requires hands‑on development using ReactJS, NodeJS, and cloud technologies such as AWS, while participating in testing, release management, audits, and security reviews. It includes guiding users, supporting training, and ensuring the systems remain stable, secure, and high‑performing.

This position exists to ensure timely delivery of Temasek’s technology initiatives, maintain system reliability, and provide continuous enhancements critical to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and support Agile‑based applications ,including enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature development.

· Upgrade and support the product’s technical stack to ensure stability and performance.

· Provide solutions or workarounds for issues in existing functionalities.

· Handle functional queries from users and guide them on how to use system features.

· Participate in testing, release management ,and deployment activities.

· Support user training, audits, and security reviews when required.

· Develop high‑quality front‑end and back‑end components using ReactJS and NodeJS.

· Work with cloud technologies (AWS preferred)for hosting, deployment, and application integration.

· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Key performance indicators

· Delivery Timeliness: Completes development tasks, enhancements, and fixes within agreed sprint timelines and client expectations.

· Quality of Deliverables: Low defect rate in UAT and production; follows coding and security best practices.

· System Stability: Ensures timely resolution of incidents; minimal recurring issues.

· Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback from Temasek stakeholders for responsiveness, communication, and solution quality.

· Collaboration: Active participation in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)and smooth coordination with onsite/offshore teams.

· Technical Contribution: Regular improvements to codebase, architecture, and DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD readiness, cloud optimization).

· Compliance & Security: Meets audit and security review requirements with no major non‑compliance findings.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
