3ti Energy Hubs designs and manufactures the innovative HALO FastHub, a solar-powered EV charging solution that can be installed and commissioned in just one day. As demand grows, we're looking for a talented intern to help us transform the way we assess and qualify customer sites for deployment.
The Project
Currently, site feasibility assessments involve a combination of engineering analysis, commercial evaluation, GIS data review, energy demand modelling and manual report creation. This internship will focus on developing an automated web-based platform that brings these processes together, enabling faster, more consistent, and more scalable site assessments.
Working alongside our CTO and software development team, you'll help design and build a tool that uses geospatial data, energy consumption data, and solar modelling to determine whether a customer site is suitable for a HALO FastHub installation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and developing a web application with both front-end and back-end functionality.
- Integrating GIS and mapping technologies, including Google Earth Engine APIs.
- Building data pipelines to analyse customer Half Hourly Data (HHD).
- Developing visualisations and automated client-facing feasibility reports.
- Working with commercial and engineering teams to document and automate existing assessment processes.
- Implementing testing, version control, and deployment processes.
- Producing technical documentation and supporting project handover.
