Software Developer (Java)

Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 per month

About the role

We are looking for a Java Software Developer for the implementation of back-end applications. It is for a financial industry player with a global presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Java application with Spring boot

• Write clean, sleek, test-driven, modular, and highly reusable code and maintain configurations

• Manage deployment and product life cycle in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Automate the build, test, and deployment

About you

• Knowledge of Java 8, 11, 17 and microservices

• Good experience in Java Spring Boot framework

• Good understanding of RESTful web services, PostgreSQL

• Able to deploy products in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Experience in all levels of testing

• Strong and proven skills in problem-solving and writing efficient code

• Banking/financial industry software development experience

• Hands-on experience in working with Linux-based deployment environments
