We are expanding our digital capabilities and are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team in Istanbul. This position will play a key role in developing and maintaining scalable systems and integrations across the organization.
Job Description
- Analyze user needs and develop end-to-end solutions on both backend and frontend
- Design and develop scalable, sustainable, and high-performance software architectures
- Conduct refactoring, performance improvements, and reusability enhancements on existing systems
- Develop React / Angular-based UIs in line with corporate UI/UX standards
- Perform integration, performance, and security testing of APIs
- Automate deployment processes by effectively utilizing CI/CD pipelines
- Take an active role in e-commerce, warehouse management, and ERP integration projects
- Design and develop high-scale systems using event-driven architecture
- Integrate AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation tools into existing systems
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience
- Advanced knowledge of C# / .NET Core, including ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Worker Service
- Experience in RESTful API design and integrations
- Hands-on experience in transitioning from monolithic structures to microservices architecture
- Proficiency in relational databases such as MS SQL and PostgreSQL, and ORM tools such as EF Core and Dapper
- Experience with NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch
- Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture, DDD, CQRS, and Outbox/Saga patterns
- Experience working with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure ecosystems
- Proficiency in Git, including GitFlow or trunk-based versioning strategies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
