Software Developer Manager

Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱100,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Manage IT and software projects from planning to completion.

• Lead Developers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Support teams.

• Plan project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Track project progress, risks, issues, and deadlines.

• Coordinate with clients, business users, and technical teams.

• Facilitate Agile meetings and project activities.

• Ensure projects follow SDLC, Agile, and quality standards.

• Provide regular project updates and reports to management.

• Improve team processes and productivity.

• Support system deployment and post-implementation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 7 years of experience in IT Project Management or similar leadership roles.

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.

• Experience managing enterprise, system integration, or cloud projects.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Cloud, or DevOps.
