Software Developer Manager

Summary

The Software Development Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software projects using Agile and DevOps methodologies. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication while ensuring high-quality delivery across enterprise applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Delivery Management, or Software Development.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, system integration, or cloud projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams at the same time.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong expertise in at least one technology such as Java, .NET, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Cloud, or DevOps.

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of software and technology projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Support.
  • Set project scope, timelines, resources, and delivery plans.
  • Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate Agile activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure projects follow SDLC, Agile, and quality standards.
  • Track project status and provide regular updates to management.
  • Improve team processes and overall efficiency.
  • Support deployments, incident resolution, and post-project activities.
