Software Developer Manager
Summary
The Software Development Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software projects using Agile and DevOps methodologies. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication while ensuring high-quality delivery across enterprise applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Delivery Management, or Software Development.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
- Experience with enterprise applications, system integration, or cloud projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams at the same time.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong expertise in at least one technology such as Java, .NET, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Cloud, or DevOps.
