Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications.
- Develop and support REST APIs and database solutions.
- Build clean, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in application design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid identity solutions.
- Support Windows Server infrastructure and related services.
- Develop automation solutions using scripting and process automation tools.
- Provide technical support to end users and maintain high service standards.
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications will be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development and IT support environments.
- Experience developing web-based applications and REST APIs.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience supporting Windows Server infrastructure.
- Experience with automation and scripting solutions.
- Strong PHP development skills.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Tailwind.
- Solid SQL and MySQL database experience.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Knowledge of REST API development and integration.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID administration.
