Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain internal web-based applications.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain MySQL databases.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in application design, architecture, and technical planning.
• Perform software testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation.

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including:
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online
  • OneDrive for Business
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Support hybrid identity environments.
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policy.

Infrastructure & Systems Administration

• Support and maintain:
  • Windows Server environments
  • IIS Web Servers
  • SSL Certificates
  • DNS, DHCP, and LDAP services
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure performance and security.
• Perform PowerShell scripting and automation tasks.
• Assist with networking support and troubleshooting.

User Support & Automation

• Provide technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Deliver remote support services.
• Identify opportunities to automate business and IT processes.
• Leverage AI-assisted development and productivity tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications will be advantageous, including:
  • AZ-900
  • AZ-104
  • MS-900
  • MD-102
  • SC-900
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in software development and/or Microsoft infrastructure support.
