We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Bergen Norway In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining software applications for various projects As a developer you should have a strong understanding of programming languages and the ability to work independently The ideal candidate will have previous experience in software development and be able to adapt to new technologies quickly
Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement software solutions according to project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements
- Write clean efficient code that meets coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications
- Test and maintain software products to ensure functionality and optimization
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the software development industry
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java C++ Python etc
- Experience with database management systems SQL Server MySQL
- Familiarity with front-end development tools HTMLCSS
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English Norwegian is a plus
Salary 1400$ per week negotiable based on experience
Location Bergen Norway
Contract Type This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of extension
