Software Developer - PL - SQL

We are looking for an experienced PL/SQL Developer with 5+ years of experience in Oracle database development. The candidate should have strong expertise in PL/SQL programming, SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and database development. The role involves working closely with business and application teams to design, develop, and optimize database solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and cursors.
• Write optimized and complex SQL queries for data retrieval and processing.
• Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning and query optimization.
• Design and maintain database tables, views, indexes, constraints, and sequences.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into database solutions.
• Perform data validation, data migration, and data transformation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related production issues.
• Work on Oracle database performance, scalability, and optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Collaborate with application developers, QA teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation related to database components and processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL Development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Expertise in: Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Cursors, Collections, and Exception Handling.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database concepts.
• Experience with SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Good knowledge of database design, indexes, constraints, and normalization.
• Experience in debugging and resolving production issues.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
