Responsibilities

Ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
Implement best practices for coding and software development.
Fixing potential bugs or performance concerns in the systems
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
Act as a point of contact for automation-related issues and escalations.
Foster strong relationships with business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Work closely with the Innovation team to identify gaps and opportunities for automation enhancements.
Implement innovative solutions to improve automation system functionality and user experience.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Quality Assurance
Ensure high standards of software quality through effective testing and validation processes.
Conduct regular code reviews and audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Tech Stack Knowledge
At least Java 17
Spring Boot
PostgreSQL
Strong knowledge with AWS Managed Services (SQS, SNS, EC2, RDS, etc.)
REST API
Python is a plus
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years in software development.
