Software Developer / Programmer (Java, SQL)

Salary: $30,000 – $40,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Execute pre-defined UAT test cases to validate that core system features perform accurately against business requirements
Identify, document, and report functional problems following the procedures and guidelines given by the supervisors
Retest resolved defects to confirm fixes are successful and perform sanity checks to ensure new changes have not destabilized other system functions
Assist the data migration validation checking of source versus target data to ensure complete, accurate, and corruption-free data migration
Test converted data against the new system's validation rules including mandatory fields, format compliance, and cross-field dependencies to ensure operational readiness
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Computer Science or relevant disciplines, or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in application development
At least 1 year's experience in JAVA Programming and Structured Query Language (SQL)
At least 6 months' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System
At least 6 months' experience in work with the Government
Good communication skills
