SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, code, enhance, and maintain software applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and bugs.

• Develop the system in line with security standards, HR requirements, and company policies.

• Ensure secure coding, access control, and protection of HR data.

• Test and implement system changes and enhancements.

• Translate business and HR requirements into technical solutions.

• Maintain source code and technical documentation.

Qualification & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in software development, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

• Experience in developing or implementing HR systems is an advantage.

• Ability to understand and translate HR/business requirements into system solutions.

• Knowledge of secure coding, access control, and data protection

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
