Mediatoimisto Luova Mainos Oy is an advertising and printing production company founded in 2020 and operating in Vantaa. We design, manufacture, and install high-quality advertising, printing, and interior design solutions for companies across Finland and Europe.
Our services include outdoor advertising, lightboxes, signage, vehicle wrapping, window and wall wrapping, large-format prints, textile printing, store and office interior design, and other visual marketing and interior solutions. We also provide our clients with website, e-commerce, and digital marketing services.
At the same time, we are actively building the future of our company through software development, mobile applications, web services, and AI-based automation solutions. We develop our own digital products and utilize AI to streamline both production and business processes. Our goal is to combine modern printing and advertising production with the latest software and AI technologies.

Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of Python-based tools and automations
- Building and improving AI agents and AI-assisted workflows
- Utilizing and integrating AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) into business processes
- Software testing, debugging, and documentation
- Participating in the continuous development of automation and AI infrastructure
- Order processing and management for an AI-based gift and textile product e-commerce project
- Preparing incoming orders for production and checking and finalizing print materials
- Assisting in digital print production (e.g., DTF) and developing the production process using AI
- Monitoring, evaluating, and implementing new AI technologies and automation solutions in e-commerce and production processes
Requirements
- Python programming skills and experience in building automation solutions
- Proficiency in applying AI tools and prompt engineering
- An analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building AI agents or LLM integrations
- Knowledge of API interfaces (REST, JSON) and Git
- Experience in digital print production (e.g., DTF) or e-commerce
- SEO and digital marketing expertise
