Software Developer (Python/Django)

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through to testing, deployment, and support
• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web-based applications
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
• Work with sensitive and complex data while maintaining high standards of security and quality
• Contribute to system performance improvements and ongoing product innovation
• Perform testing, code reviews, and quality assurance activities
• Mentor team members and contribute to development best practices

- Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Experience working with Django or a similar web framework.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and supporting production web applications.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
