As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you join a fast-growing cloud platform team to build foundation services for secure IoT connections and scalable web apps. You collaborate with software developers, architects, engineers, UX, QA, and product owners to ensure high-quality, well-documented software and continuous process improvement. You mentor junior developers and help shape cloud-native solutions that support B. Braun’s digital health initiatives. • Develop and maintain cloud-based platform services powering IoT connections and web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, system engineers, UX, QA, PO) in an agile environment
• Apply state-of-the-art technologies (microservices, cloud-native) to new products
• Drive code quality, documentation, release notes, and process improvements
• Mentor and support junior software developers to grow professionally

• Several years of industry experience as a programmer
• Strong background in cloud-based design and development with Microsoft Azure
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture principles and best practices
• Proficiency in at least two backend languages (C#, Java, Go, Rust, Python, or similar)
• Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
• Healthcare experience is desirable
