On-site Salesforce developer in Cebu who handles administration, development, integration, and support on the Salesforce platform — building Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components solutions, REST API integrations, user/permission setup, reports, dashboards, and data loads for clients. Git/Bitbucket and Salesforce certifications are core to the role.
About the role
We're looking for a Software Developer (Salesforce) who can quickly understand client needs and turn them into practical, well-built solutions on the Salesforce platform. You'll work across administration, development, integration, and support, partnering with teammates and clients in different locations to deliver quality work on time.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and issues, then recommend and deliver feasible technical solutions in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the Salesforce platform
Manage user setup: user creation, profiles, permission sets, roles, and role hierarchy
Build and maintain reports and dashboards, and perform data loads
Develop custom solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages and controllers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Lightning Web Components
Build and integrate REST APIs
Configure page layouts, workflow rules, and approval processes
Follow Salesforce best practices, Force.com configuration standards, and Software Development Life Cycle
Use Git and Bitbucket for version control and deployment
Communicate clearly, in writing and verbally, with teammates and clients to coordinate and meet deliverables
About you:
1–3 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, covering administration, development, data management, integration, security, and deployment
Working knowledge of Apex, triggers, Visualforce, Batch/Scheduled Apex, Lightning Web Components, and REST API integration
Experience creating roles, profiles, page layouts, workflow rules, and approval processes
Knowledge of Git and Bitbucket
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Bachelor's or related degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or a related engineering field
Salesforce Lightning UI experience
Salesforce Administrator Certified
Salesforce App Builder Certified
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required
