Technology Specialist – Technical Skills & Experience

• Java Technology Specialist: Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Oracle, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), and CI/CD practices.
• .NET / VB Technology Specialist: Proficient in C#, Objective-C, ASP.NET, Bootstrap, AngularJS, MSSQL, SSIS, MS VB, SSAS, and VBScript.
• XML & Integration: Experience in XML Schema Definition (XSD) and preparing comprehensive system and integration documentation.
• SOA & Middleware: Basic knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and middleware technologies, including SnapLogic, Informatica, WebMethods, and related enabling products.
• ITIL & Release Management: Basic understanding of ITIL best practices within the Software/System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Release Management and deployment processes.
• DevOps & Automation: Working knowledge of software development, CI/CD, automation tools, and modern development methodologies, including Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Chef, and Python.
• Cloud Migration & Transformation: Experience in on-premises-to-cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and broader IT transformation initiatives.
• Microsoft Azure: Experience in architecting and operating solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Managed Services (PaaS), and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Database Technologies: Good working knowledge of document, relational, and time-series databases, including MongoDB, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and InfluxDB.
• Cloud-Native Technologies: Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker.
• System & Application Integration: Experience integrating systems with databases and enterprise applications using middleware platforms such as SnapLogic, and developing integrations that consume and produce SOAP and REST-based web services.
• Enterprise Applications: Basic knowledge of enterprise and retail applications, including SAP, SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO), SSRS, Qlik Sense, Xstore, and Retail Pro.
