Senior ServiceNow Developer at Infor in Prague will set up, configure, integrate, and operate a new ServiceNow instance supporting EU customers, delivering secure CSM/ITSM workflows using JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer, and driving AI/automation adoption (LLMs, Now Assist) with teams across Europe.
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to help set up, configure, integrate, and operate a new ServiceNow instance supporting EU customers.
Candidate has to lead hands-on development, contribute to technical design, and deliver secure, scalable customer-service and IT workflows. Candidate also help shape how AI and intelligent automation are adopted on the platform, working with architects, product owners, integration, QA, security, and support teams across Europe and globally.

- Ability to work independently, lead technical workstreams, and collaborate in a distributed international team
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts (LLMs, prompts) and the risks and limitations of generative AI.
- Strong CSM and/or ITSM experience (Case, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
- Advanced JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow data model skills.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data imports.
- Solid understanding of roles, ACLs, scoped apps, update sets/source control, and platform governance.
- Agile/Scrum experience; strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications; Implementation Specialist credential (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or Discovery).
- Hands-on Now Assist implementation experience (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD); experience with Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, or AI Agents.
- Experience setting up a new instance, major rollouts, or separating regional data and workloads.
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, ATF, Performance Analytics, DevOps/CI/CD, portals, and SSO integrations.
- Awareness of EU data protection, data sovereignty, security, and operational-resilience requirements.
