Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Developer/Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV to join our growing team and contribute to the development of industry-leading ERP solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, developing, customising, and supporting Business Central applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
- Develop and customise extensions using the AL programming language
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and .NET technologies
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
- Provide production support, enhancements, and continuous improvements to existing applications
Required Skills:
- 3–8 years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV development
- Proficiency in AL programming and extension development
- Experience with .NET/C# for integrations and custom development
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code, Git, and version control systems
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skill and analytical skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps
- Experience working on ERP implementations or product development projects
- Understanding of finance, accounting, or ERP business processes
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications
- Experience in SaaS or product-based organizations
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
