What you'll be doing?
- Develop and support applications: Contribute to application development and client support across DSM's logistics and accounting ERP software, including web, mobile and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Shape UI/UX experiences: Curate and enhance the UI/UX of DSM ELMS applications, helping create more effective and engaging user experiences.
- Understand client requirements: Analyse requirements and consult with clients and team members during project implementations to support practical outcomes.
- Contribute to development cycles: Take an active role throughout the software development cycle while collaborating with colleagues on quality solutions.
- Relevant technical education: A Diploma or Bachelor's qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or an equivalent field is welcomed. Candidates from Logistics & Supply Chain or Accounting backgrounds with a passion for technology are also encouraged to apply.
- Development capability: Proficiency in one or more of Visual Studio, SQL databases, JavaScript, C#, MVC, HTML, CSS, VueJS, JSON or REST APIs will support success in the role.
- Analytical problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, together with a genuine interest in overcoming challenges, are valued.
- Communication and collaboration: Good people skills, effective teamwork and the ability to handle client enquiries are important, with English proficiency needed for spoken and written communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Curiosity and adaptability: A willingness to acquire new knowledge, work independently while contributing as a team member, and explore innovative technology will be valued.
- Open to varied career stages: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply, including last-semester interns.
